First a shout out to staceyonthetrombone. Many of the creatures ideas here were culled from her(?) Anafenza, the Foremost deck. I was building on the same premise, but she(?) published that version of the deck first.

This deck runs under very much the same principal. Outlast the others and let the dust settle. There are some great interactions among counter generators to make for a late game threat. I am also running several stall and delay tactics that will push people into attacking each other while I sit back and let my forces grow to an unmanageable size. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated and please check out Anafenza, the Foremost as well.

Interactions to look for. Cathars' Crusade and Ivorytusk Fortress for lasting defense. Anafenza, the Foremost with Helm of Obedience to get rid of creatures before they are even cast. Sheoldred, Whispering One and Deadbridge Chant to get my stuff back, and of course all the cool effects that the Azban cards give to creatures with counters, namely Ainok Bond-Kin, Tuskguard Captain, and Mer-Ek Nightblade for that lethal first strike, death touch, trample combo.
