Hi all, I'm a long-time EDH player, but decided to start sharing my decks online. I'm more of a Johnny player: always trying to make new and creative brews, so most of my decks are probably about 70% on the power scale. I don't go out of my way to buy singles, so my decks are predominantly made from my collection. I'm not a massive fan of tutors to find win-cons, but usually add 1-2 to each deck for consistency or to get me out of trouble.

How the deck is built / How the deck should run

General Tazri's ability searches for Mirror Entity, who is the cornerstone to the strategy. Pretty much use Mirror Entity's ability to give all your creatures Changeling and take advantage of all the other creatures' creature-type-specific abilities. I like it because most games are completely different: you might be elf-heavy one game and zombie-heavy the next.

I haven't playtested the deck much, but I'm afraid that once Mirror Entity dies/exiles it'll be hard to recover. I can't do much about exile, but there are a number of graveyard-recursion cards dedicated to bringing it back from graveyard.

Other interactions:

• Mistveil Plains and Vessel of Endless Rest can put Mirror Entity back into library for General Tazri to pull it back out;

• Other changelings are included in case Mirror Entity doesn't come off and can count to creatures of the same type;

• Amrou Scout and Blightspeaker can tutor for any of the 5 changelings under 3 CMC to boost your creature count;

• I think Into the North is an underrated mana ramp card that doubles as mana-fixing, because it searches for snow lands like Arctic Flats and Tresserhorn Sinks .
