Summary

This deck is about getting Treasure from Smothering Tithe as you force your opponents to draw cards with Prosperity. From the amount of mana you pay you get back that number times the amount of opponents. Usually this is will triple your mana that will also draw cards to the mana that was put in. Which can cascade into drawing out your deck, or pinging your opponents to death with Underworld Dreams.

Notes

This is a budget deck built on the cards I had available. There are a ton of upgrades to make this deck even more powerful.

Engine

Your engine is online with Smothering Tithe and 1 of Folio of Fancies, Prosperity, or Minds Aglow.

Win Conditions

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries obviously. Also, Laboratory Maniac which is not in this deck list.

You can also win with Thassa's Oracle by carefully drawing up to your deck limit.

You can also ping your opponents down with Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, Underworld Dreams, Psychosis Crawler, Fate Unraveler

Protection

Protect your board state with Merieke, tapping and untapping to take, use and destroy opponents creatures. Also, your opponents will draw a ton of cards netting themselves answers. Use your counters wisely. Let Merieke die, but keep Smothering Tithe at all costs.

Spell Recursion

There's not a ton of cards that force opponents to draw cards, if there was, then Minds Aglow would be on the chopping block. Use Call to Mind, Flood of Recollection and Narset's Reversal

Upgrades

Isochron Scepter can imprint Minds Aglow and you can still use it. Also good for copy spells or counters.
