One of my few Commanders that is un-fun to play against. Nekusar, the Mindrazer is extraordinary efficient in forcefeeding the opponent. Other cards mimic his abbility of force drawing cards ( Forced Fruition , Magus of the Jar , Memory Jar , Wheel of Fortune , Wheel of Fate , Reforge the Soul , Font of Mythos ,...) or the ability of inflicting damage due to card draw ( Underworld Dreams , Fate Unraveler , Spiteful Visions , ...) or discarding ( Megrim , Liliana's Caress , Bloodchief Ascension , ...).
