Tuvasa is an ultra fun Voltron strat that draws a fistful of cards and always seems to have one target to make huge. It thrives on cheap enchantments (mostly) and a grip of very powerful targets for them. This build does not abuse any infinite combos and usually wins on Commander damage. I have found a great amount of success in the 5-7 power tiers. Tuvasa is rarely the strongest commander in the group and does not get a lot of early game hate which allows one to set up their board favorably. Huge finishes with Bruna, Light of Alabaster and Elderwood Scion or Hero of Iroas are also common. Attack restrictions like Propaganda and Sphere of Safety keep most people out of my face.

The mana base in this deck is not optimized. It truly is a power level 5 to 7 depending on what the decks in your play group are like. The body though is a lot of fun and you really get to see a lot of your deck with the way I have it set up.
