Straight forward Hapatra token/counter deck, has some creature theft and I'm trying to keep as much permanent and artifact/enchantment removal as possible. The point of the deck is to combo off of life drain using Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons/(Blood Artist or Falkenrath Noble or Zulaport Cutthroat)/Blowfly Infestation, with an infect/wither beat down as a backup strategy.

Having some trouble whittling the deck down and deciding on how many and which lands to use.
