Budget Oona Deck Combos are illusionists bracers+aphetto alchemist for infinite untaps which normally makes infinite mana for oona. Dramatic Reversal+isochron scepter gives the same thing. Also there's pili pala+grand architect OR you can use necrotic ooze with both of those in the grave yard for infinite mana - convenient 3 targets for buried alive into a reanimate spell into win the game. You can also just reanimate a sheoldred or a jin gitaxias and potentially win off of that.
