I was inspired by a friend's bant flicker deck, and wanted to put my own touches on one. I dropped to a budget manabase, and went to the tried and true Ramp/Draw/Removal. I also pulled back on some of the most expensive cards, trying to keep it reasonable (around $100 or so). I wanted to avoid infinite combo stuff, so no Deadeye Navigator, Palinchron, or Peregrine Drake. To compensate, I tried to include some other win conditions for after soft-locking my opponents so the game won't last forever. I would also include Triumph of the Hordes for this purpose, but I don't think my friendships could survive it, and my wallet doesn't like Craterhoof Behemoth.
