A casual edh deck built around the daddy scarecrow himself -- Reaper king. The general gameplan is to ramp and manafix to get Reaper king out ASAP and to start destroying our friends permanents. Note that reaper kings effect destroys any type of permanent, including lands.

Once the king is on the field, our many cheap scarecrows essentially read "2 mana - destroy target permanent, get a body". Cards like Deadeye navigator and Ghostly flicker allow us to protect our reaper king, while blinking scarecrows and destroying even more permanents. Padeem, consul of innovation also protects our creatures from targeted removal, while almost certainly drawing us a card each turn, since while we can cast the King for 5 mana if we fix right, he has a CMC of 10. Between Jhoira, mystic forge, vanquishers banner and a few others, we have plenty of draw and a few cards to make our artifacts dirt cheap with foundry inspector. lastly we have extra value generators with things like Flameshadow conjuring and birthing boughs we can pump out an army of scarecrows which trigger our other effects. If we manage to stick Spark Double and have him copy the King, you'll be destroying 2 permanents per scarecrow, and will likely win the game.
