*NEED HELP!!!!*

My playgroup decided to make custom commanders, we have a competitive player and an official mtg level one judge in our group so we were pretty sure they turned out rather balanced and not too broken.

That being said.... I have no reference as to what would make a good or balanced, 4-colored Monk tribal deck... haha so I've done my best at throwing stuff against a wall and hoping it sticks... but any constructive criticism would be much appreciated! Thanks Guys!
