Yarok's Creatureless Prison Control

The vast majority of Yarok, the Desecrated decks out there are full of creatures, whether the focus is on creature ETB effects or Landfall (some of the best Landfall spells are creatures). However, few take full advantage on the fact that Yarok effects noncreature permanents as well as your OPPONENT'S creature and noncreature permanents. This deck is a full focus on your noncreature permanents hitting the board as well as the creatures and lands your opponents control hitting the board as well... then punishing them for it.
While Yarok is the backbone of this deck and is really what gets it started, he doesn't have to be on board the entire game. He helps to boost effects of cards like Oath of Liliana, Omen of the Sea, Zendikar's Roil, Polluted Bonds, and Retreat to Coralhelm, those cards are meant to either dig through your deck, give you some defenses, or gain life to help you survive until you get the real core of these deck... Which is having multiple Panharmonicons and Tainted AEther on the board when you cast Parallel Evolution, resulting in the decimation of your opponents creature base and lands, allowing you to chip away at them for the win. Other spells to help you with this are cards like Lethal Vapors, Death Match, and Spreading Plague. It's worth noting, of course, that if your opponents get wise to your plan, they will take advantage of the "may" clause in Death Match to only target Yarok when he's out. If you have Yarok on the board, it's entirely possible to shut down your opponents land-drops even with Tainted AEther and Seed the Land on the board, as each land drop results in two snakes, which results in FOUR triggers to sacrifice a land or creature. Similarly, Genesis Chamber creates a Myr token, which amplied the ending results of the earlier mentioned triggers. An alternate to this win-con is, of course, Mechanized Production on any of the many utility artifacts or mana rocks.
It is important to note that, while you can shut down an opponent's creature production (and possibly land production) with cards like Tainted AEther, Lethal Vapors, and Spreading Plague, and boosting them with cards like Genesis Chamber and Seed the Land it is worth noting that these ARE symmetrical effects. In addition, cards like Zendikar's Roil or Field of the Dead with Tainted Aether and wither Yarok or Panharmonicon on the board will force you into being unable to play lands yourself until the Roil is gone (same with Seed the Land).
With the total cost of this deck being $355.78, this deck is a relatively inexpensive for an optimized commander deck. It also helps to mention that the lands alone are $193.08, leaving only $162.70 to pay for the nonlands if you'd prefer a more cost-effective set of lands. These lands can, of course, be upgraded if you'd like to use the fetch lands to make higher use of the landfall triggers. It's worth noting, however, that the set of lands on this list were chosen to help stabilize the mana curve and tempo of the deck, as the deck runs like a "race to Yarok" in the early game, and a frantic digging for Panharmonicon once you get Yarok on the board. The vast majority of the nonland spells are under two dollars, which means they're easily purchased if you need to use a few proxies or stand-in spells until you get the "pricier" cards. A few of these "pricier" cards, such as Collective Restraint and Propaganda are helpful in keeping your enemies' creatures at bay, while others like Polluted Bonds, Copy Enchantment, and Helm of the Host either keep you alive or help boost the effects of your spells but aren't entirely essential to the deck and can be switched out for more cost-effective options. (all the prices listed are based on listings on TCGplayer as of 2/7/20)
These following cards are spells that are essential to what you want the deck to do, which is make everyone else regret running creatures (sorry not sorry): Panharmonicon, Tainted AEther, Death Match, Lethal Vapors, Spreading Plague, and, of course, Yarok, the Desecrated himself are the core spells of the deck's function. The rest of the deck is built around this function, either to keep you alive until you get there or dig through your deck to pull it out. When personalizing this decklist, keep in mind the lack of survivibility any creatures you use will have once of have these spells on the board.
