This deck is now the one to beat at my LGS- it can even step up to Tier 1 Commanders with ease! A total Blast to play - tute for that Fluctuator asap then cast Zur, Cycle the majority of cards in the deck for free and Astral Slide the night away!

If your Fluctuator gets Exiled, don't despair - Tute for your back up New Perspectives...just remember to retain those seven cards in hand, easy to do when you are Cycling for free.

Slide out Zur to protect him, Slide out big creatures that are attacking you and Slide out your cards with ETB effects to draw more cards. Cycle Scion of Darkness and/or Eternal Dragon to Reanimate Dead them with Zur's ability to have some big hitters as early as turn 4/5!

Wincons are: Faith of the Devoted combined with Cycling and/or Discarding to drain everyones life whilst gaining a crap ton for yourself.

Secondly we have Drake Haven combined with Cycling and/or Discarding to overwhelm the table with an army of Drakes, evasion is so good in EDH.

Next Ethereal Armor can be slapped on Zur late game when you have a few enchantments on the board to win via Commander damage...follow up with Diplomatic Immunity to stop those pesky removal effects!

Finally we have my favourite wincon...use Tezzeret the Seeker to find Seat of the Synod then use Zur to fetch Stasis and keep using Tezz's +1 to untap the Seat (or a mana rock) to pay the one blue needed to keep Stasis in play. Remember- having an opponent throw their deck at you in frustration is technically still a wincon!
