Maybeboard

Game plan/strategy: Mulligan to ramp and wheels, start by dumping all your artifacts onto the board and follow up with as many wheels and creature wraths as possible, keep wheeling and wrathing until you have a way to proliferate twice per turn, then you do cast Tibalt, Cosmic impostor and proliferate him enough so that you can ultimate him (even if that means suiciding Tibalt) follow up Tibalt's sacrifice with a Land destruction wrath like Jokulhaups or Decree of Annihilation .

If you manage to make that combo.happen the game is pretty much over, now everyone is back to square one while you have 4 graveyards worth of cards as a hand thanks to Tibalt.

Ofcourse, you won't always succesfully pull that off, counterspells can be really painful to Tibalt as are control decks, thankfully we are a red deck so we can use Red Elemental Blast , Tibalt's Trickery and Pyroblast and any Fork effects to prevent such thing, our multitude of wraths should allow Tibalt to gain loyality and ultimate by upticking him during multiple turns because planeswalker removal is quite uncommon in commander and we have multiple gameending planeswalkers to tske advantatge of that.

Remember that while ideally we would exile everyone's graveyard with Tibalt just after (or right before) clearing the board of permanents ulting Tibalt isn't absolutely necessary, so long as we put a couple lands and ramp artifacts or decent spells into exile with Tibalt's +1 and -3 we will be able to get an insane advantatge over our opponents after anhihilating the board, said advantatge could be used to finally resolve Tibalt's -8 and get too further ahead.

Another important thing is that most Anhihilation effects don't destroy enchantments or planeswalkers, sadly we don't have many enchantments here but we do have as I previously said some very powerful planeswalkers, destroying all creatures and lands after dropping Ugin, the Spirit Dragon would be gamending in many scenarios and again, even if it doesn't end the game straigjt away, you can snowball that advantatge into ulting Tibalt and playing the entirety of your opponents decks.
