Key players unclude Brash Taunter, Kaervek the Merciless, Stuffy Doll, Pariah's Shield, and multiple en-Kor creatures like Warrior en-Kor to redirect damage and ping Piru, the Volatile to wipe opponents' boards and gain you lots of life. Additionally, Piru can stand as a fun political piece when on the battlefield because your opponents generally do not want to see him die for fear of losing most if not all of their nonlegendary cretures-- in the rare case that someone decides to exile or destroy Piru before your upkeep sacrifice trigger, there are plenty of sacrifice outlets in the deck such as Goblin Bombardment, Brion Stoutarm, Hidetsugu, Devouring Chaos, and Yahenni, Undying Partisan to ensure Piru can die and trigger to deal damage and gain you a lot of life!
