All Will Be One
Enchantment
Whenever you put one or more counters on a permanent or player, this deals that much damage to target opponent, creature an opponent controls, or planeswalker an opponent controls.

Looking at the current list, it feels super underwhelming.
-
It really needs Quicksilver Fountain in play to do anything useful.
-
Most of the proliferate effects have little-else to influence other than flood counters, which you really don’t gain any benefit from stacking.
-
All Will Be One is an extremely slow/inefficient way to kill the opponent, especially in this shell
-
you’re hyper vulnerable to the opponent resolving a single creature and beating you to death with it.
Personally I think Quicksilver Fountains strongest home is in a prison-control deck, where you can lock the opponent out of being able to play anything due to the beforementioned Oboro. You want to still have solid prison elements even when Quicksilver Fountain isn’t in play (as you can’t rely on drawing it or having it stick).
I’ll piece together something and post it here just as some constructive food-for-thought
Bookrook on Why is atraxa witch-maw?

I’ve wondered for a while why atraxa was . It could be because urabrask was a traitor, but then again every praetor but vorinclex ended up betraying elesh norn. By that logic, would we finally have a pure villain? The only other reason I can think of is so that you can’t play All Will Be One in her commander deck.

I’m not sure why I’m helping you with this nasty deck. I would suggest adding more board wipes and counterspells to better protect your planeswalkers, especially in our creature-heavy meta. Cards like Blasphemous Act, Farewell, Supreme Verdict, Counterspell, Mana Drain, Reject Imperfection, and Desynchronization could be great additions.
Here are a few more cards to consider for your deck: Teferi's Talent, All Will Be One, Rowan's Talent, Deification, Sphere of Safety, Take the Bait, and Djeru, With Eyes Open.
Good luck

Have you thought about All Will Be One and Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion?

I have just made some major changes to this deck; for the first time ever, I have changed the general of this deck, replacing Uril, the Miststalker with Marath, Will of the Wild, because, while Uril was certainly an excellent general, it did not match the theme of this deck, which contained a mere six auras, whereas Marath does, and, upon making that change, I have decided to further emphasize this deck's theme of +1/+1 counters, specifically, by replacing Armadillo Cloak, Bear Umbra, Runes of the Deus, Scourge of the Nobilis, Shield of the Oversoul, and Snake Umbra with All Will Be One, Cathars' Crusade, Warleader's Call, Fertilid, Kalonian Hydra, and Steelbane Hydra; I had contemplated putting Forgotten Ancient in this deck, but I was not able to find space for it, and I also wish to minimize overlap with or similarities between this deck and my Atraxa, Praetors' Voice EDH deck, and, while this deck does not have quite as great of an emphasis on generating creature tokens as does my Ghired, Conclave Exile EDH deck, I still believe that it has a sufficient focus to justify the inclusion of Warleader's Call, which also has great synergy with Tamanoa. I also replaced Titanic Ultimatum with Pathbreaker Ibex, because the creature can use its ability repeatedly. I had considered putting Cabaretti Ascendancy into this deck, but I feel that this deck does not contain quite a sufficient number of creature cards to justify the inclusion of that card.
Overall, these changes reduced the average converted mana cost of this deck from 40.6 to 4.05, which is only a minimal change, but doing so also reduced the number of colored mana symbols in this deck, which is also a very good thing.
What does everyone else say about this? Do you believe that I did well with overhauling this deck?

Captain_Howel You are correct about All Will Be One. I've adjusted the primer.
I'll try out Runes of the Deus. Thank you!

Ulasht player here, love the deck! I'm a bit confused though; in the description you say All Will Be One hits all opponents, but reading the rules text it really sounds like it only hits one. How do you make it hit all of them?
Anyway, for cards I recommend Runes of the Deus. If you devour a board that's just a little too small, like 4 creatures giving you 16/16, you can really surprise somebody with Runes on the next turn.
