A forced discard/sacrifice deck with plenty of protection for everyone's favorite mono-black commander, Tergrid.

I'm having trouble making cuts and finding just the right cards to put in to make my playgroup hate this deck as much as they should. Any recommendations to make her as degenerate as possible would be much appreciated.
