Ra-ra-rasputin, the weirdest legend from legends

The plan for the deck is to ramp while setting up an infinite mana + outlet combo with rasputin or set up an infinite turn combo with (archaeomancer + blink outlet + extra turn sorcery) to solitaire your way into the rasputin combo. Deck is a conservative 8, more like 9 power level.

Some of the combos for rasputin are:

(infinite damage, float 7 from dream counters, sac with mortarpod, nim deathmantle rasputin back, loop)
