Dream counters are a really weird mechanic

The plan for the deck is to ramp while setting up an infinite mana + outlet combo with rasputin or heliod/ballista. Deck is a conservative 9 power level.

Some of the combos for rasputin are:

• Rasputin + nim deathmantle + mortarpod/blasting station

(infinite damage, float 7 from dream counters, sac with mortarpod, nim deathmantle rasputin back, loop)

• Rasputin + nim deathmantle + phyrexian altar/ashnod altar + walking ballista

(infnite coloured/colourless mana, float 7 from dream counters, sac to altar, nim deathmantle, loop, feed abritrarily large mana into walking ballista for arbitrarily large damage)
