Hi there. I'm building a somewhat different and budget Lazav, the Multifarious deck, focusing on loot to find the combos. I'm not aiming to be highly competitive, as my edh table is more laid back, so the combos here are convoluted, fun, but not quite as efficient. Let's get to it.

Combo:

Start with Battered Golem / Mirran Spy / Zephyr Scribe / Traxos, Scourge of Kroog +

Banishing Knack / Retraction Helix bouncing

Any 0 mana artifact or Sol Ring

then Brain Freeze / Tendrils of Agony / Diligent Excavator to finish it off.

NOTE: Artifact mana reduction, like Etherium Sculptor, can help comboing with any artifact.

NOTE 2: Riddlesmith on the battlefield can find a finisher.

NOTE 3: Lazav, the Multifarious can substitute the majority of the pieces, besides looting to find them.
