A discard strategy seems a good way to abuse Kess, Dissident Mage's ability and this Grixis deck can be backbreaking in multiplayer games. Its game plan is relatively straightforward: force your opponents to discard all their cards, preferably taking damage for doing so, and then punish them with Rack effects for having no cards in hand. Wheel effects like Windfall can end the game on the spot if you have Liliana's Caress, Megrim, Raiders' Wake etc in play.

A couple of cards have recently been printed that are auto-includes for this deck. Tergrid, God of Fright  from Kaldheim is an absolute house and makes discard effects even more painful for opponents. Tinybones, Trinket Thief is a card advantage engine that can also be a decent win condition in the late game.

Update 1: I've reworked this deck a bit to become a more controlling version by reducing the number of creatures and including more boardwipes.
