Simic is probably my second least favorite color combination for EDH, with Sultai being the first. Blue-green is often pigeonholed into a very select number of archetypes, usually involving some sort of "tutor your combo pieces" deck or something dull like +1/+1 counter shenanigans. I've built Momir Vig, I've built Ezuri, both of which ended up in those categories. I decided to try something different: big mana, no (intentional) infinite combos, and a bunch of wacky synergies: Kydele and Thrasios big mana!

The idea is to draw as many cards as possible a turn, powering your Kydele to produce a ton of mana. Then, this mana can be used for a variety of X-spells or big mana plays, like Walking Ballista and Mass Manipulation, or giving them the "blue Fireball" with Stroke of Genius or Blue Sun's Zenith. At the very worst, you can use Thrasios to turn that useless mana into cards and ramp, the two most valuable resources in EDH.

For the sake of fun, I've avoided your typical combo cards like Sword of the Paruns or Staff of Domination, instead opting for a ton of untap effects to keep Kydele going.

Kydele, if left unchecked, often spirals out of control, with some untaps netting 50+ mana. Just from playtesting, I've been able to make almost 200 mana without any sort of combo. The deck seems fun, versatile and definitely not what you expect from Simic.
