The colorless member of the uncommonder series. Had to bend some rules here!

Rules:
Commander must be printed at the uncommon rarity.
Commander can’t be multicolored.
No legendary creatures other than the commander.
No Sol Ring or other net positive mana rocks.

Guidelines:
No big mana “I win” cards that are good in every deck, such as Emrakul.
Stick as close as possible to your chosen tribe or synergy.
Damage should be the win con.
No prisons that demand answers, encourage interaction.
Keep board wipes low, but provide ways out of board stalls.
Generally avoid strategies that require knowing the deck beforehand.
Avoid cards that cause excessive deck shuffling.
Avoid tutors and other causes of analysis paralysis.
Generally avoid very expensive cards. Exception made for this colorless deck to increase competitiveness.
Decks in the series should be competitive with each other.
