When I saw Samut, Voice of Dissent , I wanted to make a commander deck for her. At my LGS's midnight prerelease, I got her as my promo. I want this deck to contain a large number of anthems. They include Angel of Invention , Glorious Anthem , Always Watching , Angel of Jubilation , Call for Unity , Dictate of Heliod , Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite , Gaea's Anthem , Gideon, Ally of Zendikar 's ultimate, Marshal's Anthem , Elspeth, Sun's Champion 's ultimate, and Spear of Heliod . I also decided to go for a sub theme of legendary tribal. I already have most of these cards. It seems to be explosive when I play test it. I forgot about Mirari's Wake and Collective Blessing . I'll add in Mirari's Wake . The mana requirement for Collective Blessing is too high.
