Sideboard

The goal of the deck is to swarm out vampires and get aggressive, start comboing off and try to drain as much health as possible. Expect a boardwipe in response and either hope you have Teferi's Protection at the ready or start the reanimation process and begin bring the vampires back from the grave. If the win doesn't come from combat, you try to stay in from attrition and try to go infinite with Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose if possible Marshland Bloodcaster can help cheat one piece out.

Overall, act like the threat you want to be and keep attacking, hope the drain is enough to stay alive, if needed reanimate your board as fast as possible, use Bloodthirsty Adversary and removal to keep threats to a minimum, while cycling your deck with blood tokens and trying to get infinite combos out, while also reanimating higher cost cards to save mana.

Speaking of infinte Cloudstone Curio + Phyrexian Altar or Cloudstone Curio + Phyrexian Tower and you can bounce two one or two two costs back and forth saccing the token letting effects like Blood Artist or Cordial Vampire trigger off (Bontu's Monument also helps make this combo easier by using two costs as one or even three's and turns it lethal without the Artist).

Sideboard is to drop the infinite pieces and drop the power level down a bit to be more friendly.
