Pir and Toothy Commander deck, built from the Simic guild kit.

This deck, as the basis suggested, revolves around +1/+1 counters: they power up our creatures, provides us with a lot of draw power, and overall can become our win condition (e.g. Simic Ascendancy). I have mashed some cards I had lying around in this deck, so it still needs a lot of tweaking and playtesting before it will make a shot at winning. Overall, I like the idea of this +1/+1 matters theme and I have made a list of cards that would work better in general, but I don't see what to cut at first glance. I know to cut some basic for some more fetches and other utility lands, but when it comes to ramp spells and other +1/+1 counter stuff, I am a bit at loss.
