Deadeye Navigator or Proteus Staff combo well with Sneak Attack and Zirilan of the Claw by either blinking the creature so it's a new target or cycling it out into something else from your deck. Panharmonicon works well with Scourge of Valkas and Warstorm Surge and Molten Echoes (Deadeye works also with those). Possible win condition, we bring in Wrathful Red Dragon and cast Blasphemous Act with a few dragons on the field (target players for the 13 damage per dragon). Infinite Mana/ETB triggers Deadeye Navigator with Rapacious Dragon and Goldspan Dragon and you get 2 treasures that tap for 4 mana. Ganax, Astral Hunter or one of the other treasure ETB's can work similarly especially with Panharmonicon and Deadeye but Goldspan is necessary for it to leave you with extra mana. Zirilan of the Claw helps find great pieces like Utvara Hellkite and then Sarkhan, Soul Aflame can become an Utvara which will give you double Utvara triggers and other possible ETB triggers you happen to have at the time. Lathliss, Dragon Queen works similarly to Utvara with dragons coming in so Warstorm Surge or Scourge of Valkas or Dragon Tempest work with her. Rain of Riches helps a lot with tempo with treasures giving cascade for your first spell cast.
