Temple of the Dragon Queen
As this enters the battlefield, you may reveal a Dragon card from your hand. This enters the battlefield tapped unless you revealed a Dragon card this way or you control a Dragon.
As this enters the battlefield, choose a colour.
: Gain one mana of the chosen colour.

Jeah I ment Atarka, World Render. Alle these dragon names are tough. Im currently trying to find cuts for him, Ancient Brass Dragon and Ancient Bronze Dragon. I’m looking to cut Manaform Hellkite for sure but the other 2 are hard as moet cards are pretty unique.
Mutavault is interesting but I want my lands to tap for colours personally as playing 5c can be hard
Temple of the Dragon Queen has been pretty good for me this far. But I can see it getting changed for the red green 2 sided land as those are the colours I choose most of the times. But it has been good to me so for now it stays

Ok I guess our decks have slightly different attitudes then. For my deck bringing a dragon onto the field with haste is crucial which is why Sneak Attack is fantastic and I will play it over Monster Manual.
I get why you don't want to play small creatures. I've had a similar deck with Atla Palani, Nest Tender as a commander, it can be fun.
Have you played around with Mutavault? I have considered it for my deck and am not yet sure wether to include it or not.
Last question from my part would be if Temple of the Dragon Queen is really good enough to make the cut. Reading the card makes me doubt it but i haven't tried it out yet.

First of all, love the deck. It's straight up just a colossal pile of dragons, and that's incredibly powerful.
I would consider looking into the stuff they came out with in AFR. There are a number of stellar dragons other than Tiamat, notably Adult Gold Dragon, as well as Dragon's Disciple which makes it that much harder for your opponents to target your stuff. Also Orb of Dragonkind and Temple of the Dragon Queen are also swell.
Outside of that, I would consider more ramp. Dragonlord's Servant is iconic, but Sarkhan, Fireblood is criminally underused. Sarkhan Unbroken is also pretty good, but not at the same tier. Sarkhan's Triumph is a dragon tutor, which is pretty good.
Also I note you don't have Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Utvara Hellkite, or Thunderbreak Regent, all of which are fantastic Dragon tribal cards. Also there are the staple Tribal cards, which are listed fairly comprehensively here.

Hey, well done for being new and knowing that you can still learn and improve your deck building.
Some cards within your budget to consider adding:
- Hellkite Charger
- Savage Ventmaw
- Crux of Fate
- Temur Ascendancy
- Faeburrow Elder
- Fellwar Stone
- Boros Charm
- Swords to Plowshares
- Patriarch's Bidding
- Blasphemous Act
- Exotic Orchard
- Path of Ancestry
- Unclaimed Territory
You have Old Gnawbone, Hellkite Charger is a combo with Gnawbone for infinite attacks as long as Charger can keep attacking you can keep paying seven mana with treasures to have another combat step. This combo uses Dragons as the win condition by attacking with Tiamat being a source of lethal Commander damage. Savage Ventmaw can make six mana when it attacks that can be used to pay for Charger, needing only one mana to have another attack which can result in having a lot of extra attacks on your turn each turn equal to the amount of untapped mana you have. Crux of Fate can wreck since it can destroy all nonDragon creatures your opponents control leaving only your Dragons alive to attack.
Temur Ascendancy does two things that are really good for Dragons, it's a haste enabler and repeatable draw whenever a Dragon ETB. Faeburrow Elder can tap for two mana, green and white, but if you control other colored permanents then it can tap for even more mana, up to tapping for five mana, one of each color. Fellwar Stone is another two drop rainbow mana rock.
Boros Charm at instant speed can protect all permanents you control from most removal including all your lands. Swords to Plowshares and Counterspell are staple single effect instant removal options. Blasphemous Act is really good in multiplayer Commander as a fail-safe/reset the battlefield of creatures and it's mana cost consistently can be reduced to only one red mana.
Patriarch's Bidding is among the most powerful reanimation effects for tribal, for five mana it reanimates all Dragons that are in your graveyard.
Some cards to consider cutting:
- Temple of the False God
- Temple of the Dragon Queen
- 1x Swamp
- Orb of Dragonkind
- Migration Path
- Fearsome Awakening
- Grand Master of Flowers
- Dragon's Fire
- Velomachus Lorehold
- Dragon's Disciple
- Icefall Regent
Temple of the False God is not a good land. My advice is cut it from all your decks, since you can't tap it for mana until you control five or more lands. If you have it in your opening hand then that hand is a mulligan and any land that does this shouldn't be used. Orb of Dragonkind can't tap to make mana to cast any nonDragon card or pay for anything else, there's better ramp options.
You're not going to be casting enough instant or sorceries in a turn to reduce the mana cost of Demilich much. Quad blue or triple blue mana cost is too difficult to make with this manabase without controlling Chromatic Lantern or The World Tree with five other lands. Velomachus Lorehold cares about cheating the mana cost of powerful 5 CMC or less instants and sorceries which you don't really have here or do you need to include since Dragons are the high CMC cards you want to cast. Casting a Crux of Fate for free would be nice, but even so I don't there's enough worth while instants or sorceries to make Velomachus worth playing.
Good luck with your deck.

Nice, multimedia! That has me off to a good start.
Bolas's Citadel - I just like playing this card when I have the mana to pull it off.
Overwhelmed Apprentice - A placeholder until I can get a few more powerful scry cards.
Temple of the Dragon Queen - I honestly don't know how this even got in here, but "Bye, Dragonicia!" along with 2 basic swamps and 1 island.
Bone to Ash -- Wasn't suggested, but I honestly never use it when it's in my hand anyway...
Still on the lookout for some others, especially Fallen Shinobi cause I want a set for my Modern Ninja deck as well!

Hey, you're welcome.
The first cuts to consider are Temple of the Dragon Queen and 3 other lands since 40 lands is too much. In place of some lands add some lower CMC scry/draw such as Brainstorm, Augury Owl, Preordain, Telling Time. The idea is these cards can replace lands because they're one or two mana, easy to cast, that can help to find lands if you need a land, find/draw other cards or most important help to setup the top card of your library for Yuriko. The scry 3 of Augury Owl is nice since it's a flying creature to return to your hand to cast again.
The more lower CMC creatures who have evasion or can give itself or another creature evasion you add the better the creature base will be for Yuriko. There's a large amount of budget creatures to choose from therefore there's really no reason to play many nonNinja creatures who don't have evasion.
Some other cards to consider cutting:
- Pharika's Cure
- Wall of Frost
- Bone to Ash
- Vampire Spawn
- Calcite Snapper
- Shipbreaker Kraken
- Inkwell Leviathan
- Shambling Ghast
- Hoard Robber
- Death-Priest of Myrkul
- Zombie Ogre
- Scion of the Swarm
- Thassa's Intervention
A more complex budget interaction is Cunning Evasion or Grazilaxx, Illithid Scholar with Yuriko and other Ninjutsu. You keep bouncing Ninjas who are blocked and then Ninjutsu them while still in combat. This is helpful with Yuriko and other Ninjas because they will not always have evasion. Any Ninja who has a trigger when it does combat damage to a player such as Ingenious Infiltrator benefits from being able to be blocked then bounced and then Ninjutsu while still in combat, before combat damage step.
Some other cards to consider adding later on that are a little more expensive price, but still budget:
- Arcane Adaptation: this makes all creatures you control a Ninja as well as a Rogue. This is a powerful effect because then each creature who does combat damage to an opponent triggers Yuriko.
- Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire: it's a Rogue who's boast ability can tutor for any card and put that card on top of your library. You can activate boast at any time after Varragoth is declared as an attacker thus you can set up the top card of your library in combat before Varragoth dies if that is what is going to happen and before you do combat damage to a player.
- Fallen Shinobi: Ninja with a potentially busted trigger when you do combat damage to an opponent, but the power of it depends on what cards you exile from the top of your opponent's library.

vanedor I've been taking into your account your suggestions and I've made some changes to the deck above. I've taken out Beledros for another copy of Velomachus Lorehold, and I slotted in The World Tree. I've been considering Temple of the Dragon Queen, but I'm unsure about what to take out for it.

These days, I'm playing a 5 color deck a bit similar to your.
I'm not sure I'm a fan of Beledros Witherbloom. Velomachus Lorehold, with vigilance, haste and its ability to cast instant without paying their mana cost is a much better deal, imo. A pretty useful land you might try, in Standard, is The World Tree. That, along with Dragon orbs and treasures, make casting Tiamat fairly easy.
A couple of other cards I thought could be fun exploring for that sort of deck :
