Introduction

I got enthusiastic immediately after seeing the spoiler of Obeka, Splitter of Seconds. Something I'd never seen before on a Magic card. I knew I had to build this! I love The Monarch mechanic and Obeka likes to see both the Monarch ánd The Initiative in one deck! Awesome!!

Gameplay

I've been testing the deck a couple of times now and I found out she's such a value engine. It's really fun to play. To win the game is pretty challenging.

Cuts

I've been cutting some of the initiative cards recently. I think the card:undercity is a lot of fun and although it's the only deck in our entire playgroup which grants The Initiative, it's also quite plausible to give you a 20 minute turn in which you rush through the complete Undercity three times in one turn. No one likes this to happen every game.
