Nice list and really helpful if you start with a new color combination for the first time.

For some reasons, i like the 5 alara borderposts: Fieldmist Borderpost, Wildfield Borderpost, Mistvein Borderpost, Veinfire Borderpost and Firewild Borderpost.

You also missed the 10 Cluestones (Dimir Cluestone...) as well as the 10 Lockets (Azorius Locket...).

Maybe you have to sort the artifacts a bit more (1 color, 2 colors, etc.)

Removing: Bedlam, Chandra, Flame's Fury, Disrupt Decorum, Flamerush Rider, Court of Ambition, and Court of Ire.

Adding: Sword of the Animist, Dowsing Dagger  Flip, Thaumatic Compass  Flip, Worn Powerstone, Talisman of Indulgence, and Veinfire Borderpost.

Cleansing Wildfire gets you land destruction as well as a Zo-Zu trigger

Worldfire play on your turn then drop Zo-ZU, opponents literally cannnot do anything

I personally would up the land count just a bit, while you don't want to take damage from Zo-Zu, its better to suck up the damage and use your new mana to knock your opponents down further. If you were multicolored I would recommend the borderposts (Veinfire Borderpost)

The suggestions were interesting but I don't feel like they fit the high cost/timesifter theme of the deck. I feel like Veinfire Borderpost and other similar cards would be better since they produce mana and are not super cheap. Budget isn't a real big concern unless we are talking 20+ per card.

and maybe add a playset of Mistvein Borderpost or Veinfire Borderpost because you don't have any one-drops, so using your first turn to get another black mana symbol is great. And a couple of Drag to the Underworld wouldn't hurt.

Electrostatic Bolt for small creatures and affinity. Jaya's Greeting for Lightning Bolt + scry. Magma Jet because scrying is good. Firebolt we love to flashback.

Firewild Borderpost & Veinfire Borderpost because of Raze and it triggers Archer.

I see the ramp now. The cluestones and outpost don't fit well in my opinion I'd replace them with something like Lingering Souls or remove them completely. I understand Darksteel Ingot .
I'd consider adding Path to Exile , something like Soul Snare (idk the good cards), Oblivion Ring , Darkness or Deafening Clarion instead of Rakdos Cluestone , Veinfire Borderpost , Gatekeeper of Malakir (hard to cast with 3 black) or Syphon Mind .
Good ones to add from your maybeboard could be Blood Artist , Adanto Vanguard instead of e.g. Falkenrath Marauders , Gatekeeper of Malakir .
I'd also replace the ETB tapped lands Urborg Volcano , etc. with basic lands, the tapped lands are slow.
