Aight, so here's some pauper tribal stuff you're missing out on.
Dinosaurs: Commune with Dinosaurs, Kinjalli's Caller, Pterodon Knight, Stampeding Horncrest, Sun-Crested Pterodon, Thrash of Raptors, and Knight of the Stampede.
Giants: Crush Underfoot, Elvish Handservant, Kithkin Greatheart, and Stinkdrinker Daredevil
Faeries: Spellstutter Sprite, Thieving Sprite, Faerie Trickery, Silvergill Douser, Boggart Sprite-Chaser, Violet Pall, and Latchkey Faerie
Wizards: Information Dealer, Ixidor's Will, Lavamancer's Skill, Stonybrook Banneret, Step Through, and Vedalken AEthermage
Warriors: Brighthearth Banneret, Expedition Champion, and Herald of Dromoka
Pirates: Buccaneer's Bravado, Fiery Cannonade, Headstrong Brute, and Sea Legs
Allies: Akoum Battlesinger, Bojuka Brigand, Graypelt Hunter, Halimar Excavator, Highland Berserker, Joraga Bard, Kalastria Healer, Makindi Patrol, Makindi Shieldmate, Nimana Sell-Sword, Ondu Champion, Oran-Rief Survivalist, Spawnbinder Mage, Tajuru Beastmaster, Tuktuk Grunts, Umara Raptor, and Zada's Commando
Also btw would you count the party mechanic from Zendikar Rising as semi-tribal support or nah?
Also you're missing Rogue and Elemental support, but some of said support overlaps with other tribes like Faeries, Goblins, and Warriors.
Also I'm leaving out Merfolk, Zombies, and Goblins cuz those are just a whole ass can of worms.

Azami Wizard Storm

I like Jeweled Lotus for this deck as its definitely value for Azami. A lot of players were chomping at the bit for this card when it isn't good in EVERY DECK.
Information Dealer and Riptide Laboratory can really help you out. Especially if you just want to scry the top of your deck and see what is coming and manipulate it how you want for something like Scroll Rack should you decide to include it.
I have a budget Azami Mill edh, but I have played Azami cEDH in the past.

Bloodwater Entity is extremely useful here. Its on legs so you can flicker it or copy it. Other topdeck manipulation creatures Omenspeaker Sage Owl Spire Owl Sage of Epityr Augury Owl
Cards that can abuse topdeck being known Psychic Battle Chaos Warp Spark of Creativity Erratic Explosion Prophetic Flamespeaker Abbot of Keral Keep Augur of Bolas Dark-Dweller Oracle Experimental Frenzy
Cards that let you see topdeck Lantern of Insight Goblin Spy Future Sight Magus of the Future
Cathartic Adept and similar mill effects can help you move past undesirable topdeck cards. Gives control when you can see enemy topdecks Pyxis of Pandemonium Ghoulcaller's Bell Drowner Initiate Hedron Crab Jace's Erasure Drowned Secrets Codex Shredder
If you're looking for hard and fast deck stacking, check out Brainstorm Ponder Preordain Serum Visions Index Mystic Speculation Opt Portent Spy Network Trickery Charm Ancestral Knowledge Contingency Plan Foreshadow Information Dealer Omen Predict Bamboozle Long-Term Plans Second Sight
If you're looking for combo potential, Memory Lapse is pretty filthy with putting your spell from hand to top of library, and it raises your storm QUITE A BIT. Hinder can do similar tricks.

Adeliz, the Cinder Wind would be a good addition.
Also, Stormchaser Mage doesn't do much in terms of strategy other than be a cheap beater. I would say switch it out for something that can help more like Information Dealer , Supreme Inquisitor or Psychic Trance

Grixis Wizards or: How We Became Liches

Hey, thanks a lot. Sorry for responding so late. :) Haven't been playing as much Magic in general.
I've actually tried Apprentice Necromancer and Information Dealer , but they simply work poorly in my Marchesa list without haste. :) The effect of Apprentice Necromancer would be really good, but you not only need to wait a turn cycle to use it, but looping it with Marchesa is kind of slow.
Your list seems decent. Let me know if you still play it. :)

Eminence Necromancers (Budget)
Been a while since I updated this deck.
Modern Horizons is looking like it will be just as good of a set for Commander than it could be for Modern. There's two new budget Wizards that I've already added without even playtesting them yet. Yes, I think they're that good that they don't even require playtesting before adding them. Faerie Seer and Watcher for Tomorrow are low mana cost Wizards who both have powerful ETB abilities for their mana costs. Both these Wizards will be excellent with eminence and bounce/blink. Watcher especially since at EoT when the eminence Wizard token is exiled it leaves the battlefield letting me then put the hideaway card into my hand.
I also added the new Talisman, Talisman of Creativity . I cut Sea Scryer , Information Dealer and Rakdos Signet to add these three new cards.

Who am I?

Ixidor, Reality Sculptor is actually my favourite character of the whole magic universe so your deck puts a smile on my face. Thank you for that. I like to suggest you some changes and I try to view those on a budget version. First things first: You need to have a strategy, that can win you the game. Morph is a great mechanic, but you have to take a look at how you want to play.
- Not every creature you play has to have Morph.
- Too much creatures, even for a commander like Ixidor. Skip Aquamorph Entity , Scornful Egotist , Riptide Pilferer , Monastery Flock , Dragon's Eye Savants , Coral Trickster . Those cards won't help you that much.
- Counterspell , Arcane Denial , Forbid : Going deeper into the control strategy, Hinder or Insidious Will are also very good
- Get a better card draw, you have to play a land every turn. Rhystic Study is a bit expensive, but does so much work. Standstill gives you time and almost card draw.
- Extraplanar Lens , Caged Sun or even Sword of the Animist helps you to get more mana
- Equilibrium : I like that card a lot, can return a main threat back to the owners hand
- Propaganda : For not getting attacked all the time.
- Wonder : Because in some time, you have to hit your opponents.
You may also go deeper into the Wizards tribal. Y>ou already have many Wizards in your deck and Ixidor also is one. You won't be able to play big fattie creatures, but there are so many other ways to win the game, especially in blue. For the Wizards I'm thinking of Nameless One , Azami, Lady of Scrolls , Riptide Director , Information Dealer , maybe Patron Wizard . Guess this could be really strong, because with Wizards you gain in addition to the Morph ability a better card draw engine, better control abilities and many tribal connections.
