Howdy, I think your mana base could use some work-shopping. As for what you have right now, it's good. You don't need to remove anything, nothing here is hurting you. However, there might be something you missed. The only reason I can see for having this number of basics is for Emeria, but I think you could get even more value elsewhere. For the record, I'm not saying to include all of these, but I am giving you some choices as to what you might wanna include. I suggested the ones that seemed like the best choices.
Removal:
For removal, we have a few choices. Scavenger Grounds is graveyard hate, which is fine because we only have one piece of recursion and it's Emeria. Blast Zone is pretty solid removal, just in case. Field of Ruin can get rid of someone else's Emeria or other problem land. Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire can be removal when you need it, and a land when you don't. And lastly, Kabira Takedown Flip in a token deck takes down pretty much anything without hexproof.
Protection:
Your stuff is important! Keep it safe with these cards. Eiganjo Castle is nice for anyone especially important, as can Karakas, if you can swallow the high pricetag. Sejiri Shelter Flip can keep a creature safe once, assuming you don't need the mana. Nephalia Academy is fun when playing against specific deck strategies. Now, for a lot of them all at once, Kor Haven, Mystifying Maze, and Labyrinth of Skophos (With a shoutout to Maze of Ith) all prevent people from bonking you too hard.
Misc.
Everything else that wasn't in those two categories. Windbrisk Heights can play you a free Mass Calcify when you need it, just for swinging with 3 tokens. Reliquary Tower because this is Commander. War Room, depending on how much draw you need. Idyllic Grange may as well replace a Plains if you plan to keep focusing on Emeria. Arcane Lighthouse is just another Detection Tower effect. And for the final one, Karoo. I dig the bouncelands. They're perfect turn 2 plays and might help you ramp a little bit extra.
And one more thing aside from all of this! Caged Sun is, in my opinion, better than Gauntlet of Power. One extra mana for blocking out my opponents feels worth it.

Since you're playing all cats, Kaheera, the Orphanguard is a must include.

I personally believe Leonin Warleader and Regal Caracal can be a bit too heavy for the curve. Maybe consider cutting two of each and replacing those cut for four copies King of the Pride.

Even though it costs just , Outflank is a but too condition. A good replacement would be Kabira Takedown Flip. It's more expensive, but you can cast it at anytime and it can serve as a land if you need.

Because you're Monowhite, Sundering Growth is better than Disen Disenchant. You can use Populate to get copies of Embalm tokens.

Since you want something for the side, two or three copies of Watchers of the Dead should be great against graveyard decks.

Maybe cut a bit of removal to include any amount, depending on your preference, of Leonin Relic-Warder, Felidar Cub or Enlightened Ascetic. They may not be as versatile, but they can benefit from the lord and the anthem.

As for lands, I'd recommend Shefet Dunes as a high priority. Secondarily, you could think about Sejiri Steppe, Sandstone Bridge, Windbrisk Heights and Idyllic Grange. Don't if any of these will interest you, but I hope at least one can be useful.

If this deck goes against a lot of removal, maybe Abiding Grace could be a good sibeboard card to reanimate Charmed Strays.

So, ur deck is kind all over d place, no offense. U decided wat u want ur deck 2 do, but not How (+1 counters vs enchantments, win con etc) and some cards haver no place in there (some odd ones R d Soul's Attendant (fits swarm strategy better), Rhox Veteran (needs swarms and .. i really dont like dat card lol) and d Arcbound Mouser (needs other artifact creature 4 it's ability), Rising Populace (outclassed as far as cmc goes, and ia more of a aristocrat card)and u lack evasion (only d princess may avoid some blockers. Ill assume u want a more direct aggro strategy. Lets focus on creatures first, Sacred Cat os quite Nice, even better agains removal heavy, Healer's Hawk is another 1cmc slot and adds evasion. At d 2cmc u can fill with some 2/2 lifelinkers (LL) (there r some Functional reprints of Ajani's Sunstriker If u want other models and Sungrace Pegasus 1/2 flying LL. On a heavier cmc u can consider Seraph of Dawn as a finisher, a 2/4 LL with flying is Nice. u could consider ETBs pumpers like Dawnfeather Eagle so u can hit and still keep ur defenses up. On d +1 counter profit u could consider maybe Ainok Bond-Kin giving ur creatures with +1/+1 d first Strike ability. I would drop d enchantments pumps since u wont b protecting ur creatures. As Far as removals Go, 8 cards should b enough i Guess. U could use Oblivion Ring or Journey to Nowhere and Sunlance , there r some other Fun options like Weight of Conscience . I would also drop Battlefield Promotion , Moment of Triumph and Wanderer's Strike . Shoulder to Shoulder could be paired with Unbounded Potential for some card draw. White doesnt have dar many card advantage maybe Revitalize could help u 2, and drop 2 Idyllic Grange 4 2 Secluded Steppe . Dis r Just some random thoughts, d most important is 2 have Fun. Oh, and when starting a New deck, think about d rules of 4 (9-10 different non-land cards, 4 copies each so u can reproduce more consistent outcomes )

Or, if that's not your thing, 1-2x Idyllic Grange s could also be used to spice up the Manabase a little..

Feat of Resistance is solely for protection with a little bit of counters? Basri's Solidarity would be something to think about. Thalia, Heretic Cathar can go to the sideboard. Knight of the White Orchid is faster than Hanweir Militia Captain Flip. What you can do is cut down some lands, maybe 20-22 so you can have 2 of the captain and 4 of the Knight. Idyllic Grange is also something you can add.
