I've changed it into a mid-ranged rakdos eldrazi dragon build. Still looking for more changes that i can put in or stuff that would be replaced on the upcoming set. The changes that were suggested have helped greatly, especially when going against flyers and kept me on the aggressive, even more than before. Keep the ideas coming!~

After talking with friends and a comment from SimoJace I've removed white, and also Omnivore Hydra as its rather illegal, and put in 4 Elvish Mystics.

Sooooo, largely due to the perspectives of a few helpful individuals on this site, and additionally due to a heckuva lot of Puca-Trading done on my part, the deck has become even less budget, and even more awesome (I hope). Haven't had much opportunity to test it, lately, but here's a list of the changes that I'm entering into this site now, that have been made over the course of recent weeks and months. (Sorry for the infrequent editing) ...I do seem to be angling at present towards including copies of every reasonable (arguable, yes) Dragon-involved combo that I know of.

Chromatic Lantern --> Mycosynth Latticefoil --An excellent card, for this and any other Five-color deck, especially, but my fixing seems to be excellent, and additionally, angling towards ramp spells that offer ramp/ensured-land-drop of two or more mana (Cultivate, Skyshroud Claim, Sol Ring, etc.), and avoid relying too heavily on artifacts that can be so fragile and short-lived in Multiplayer Commander games, seems to me to be a cleverer idea. Coalition Relic is at present disincluded for this very same reason, though it pains me to remove these two. ...Mycosynth Lattice, though in conflict with Bloom Tender when I obtain that, combos so cleverly with Hellkite Tyrant that I just so want to give it a slot, even if it may not be the single most effective card. In this deck, however, with Hellkite Tyrant One command zone and 2 mana away, the card is legitimate and apparent threat. (and a gorgeous foil, at that)

Monastery Siegefoil --> Aggravated Assaultfoil --Continuing on in the spirit of Combo, Aggravated Assault offers infinite attack phases with Savage Ventmaw involved. This seems a much more interesting option to include than another loot effect, or a hoop to jump through to target my stuff. Even both combined, at that.

Hunting Groundsfoil --> Savage Ventmawfoil --Gotta have both halves of the combo, right? ...Additionally, the utilitarian ramp that Savage Ventmaw offers the potential to have, can open the door to some very interesting plays, and out-of-the-box card inclusions. For instance, Rise of the Dark Realms and a kicked Rite of Replication can both seem much more reasonable when an attack phase can turn a two-mana investment into 6. While Hunting Grounds is an excellent effect, and though creatures must be dropped in response to opposing spells, that's usually when I'd want to be dropping them, anyways. How much fun it is to be tapped out, and in response to a board wipe, drop Worldgorger Dragon, is quite indescribable. Additionally, unlike with Sneak Attack, creatures dropped with this card stay on the field. However, the hoop to jump through with this card is 'Threshold', and while that's usually quite an easy feat within this deck, it's also a fragile hold, and I'd rather people not be piling on the grave-hate against me, so, let's stick with Sneak Attack. It's more trustworthy and cooler, anyways.

Dragonskull Summitfoil --> Mana Crypt ...Yup, I finally got one. I don't think that this requires any more explanation.

Living Endfoil --> Bring to Lightfoil --Picked up a Pack foil on Prerelease Morning. Another copy of either Living Death, Crux of Fate, Patriarch's Bidding, or any number of other options, seems quite preferable to me, over a suspended option, in this deck. Still tempting to consider Rise of the Dark Realms, though. Maybe it's a sideboard option for Patriarch's Bidding, versus other grave-heavy decks?

Clockwork Dragon --> Dragon Magefoil --With Commander-tuck no longer being an issue, per recent rules changes, I'm not concerned enough about being able to activate Scion of the Ur-Dragon suicidally, to prevent such an occurrence. There's still the danger of him being stolen, but in the odd event that I might be unable to offer him hexproof at that point, I would have been unable to kill him anyways, likely, and I ought to be able to deal with him under another's control, anyways. ...He is (most likely) much less dangerous, there. Additionally, Clockwork Dragon was quite underwhelming in the event of it being drawn. ...Dragon Mage, on the other hand, combos as beautifully with Cyclonic Rift as does Nicol Bolas himself, only even more suited for Multiplayer. You piss off everyone equally!!! ...additionally, he can be utilized via several different avenues, in the event of stall, in order to refill one's hand.

Karrthus, Tyrant of Jundfoil --> Dragonlord Kolaghanfoil --Thanks are due especially to Zer0w for this one, as well as for several other of the changes on this list. On the one hand, Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund is awesome, and Dragonlord Kolaghan was, I think, an incredible disappointment to all of us, so far as his usefulness in Commander, however, it seems that we were, at least in part, a bit too quick to judge. The weakness of Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund is that if he is Clone-d, or Bribery-ed, it can be painful, even lethal, to lose a nice little set of Dragons to an opposing force. Besides, Dragonlord Kolaghan makes a nicer foil, and now I get to include each of the Dragonlords! :D

Numot, the Devastatorfoil --> Ojutai, Soul of Winterfoil --Numot, the Devastator is a STRONG player in this deck. 1v1, there's not really much coming back from the disadvantage of losing multiple lands on turn 5 or so, unless you've built up fairly extensively. The way I would use him in here is in order to limit or target that one player that just happened to get the opening hand with a sol ring and a signet. However, in that situation, I've got Scion of the Ur-Dragon out, and I'd like to keep him alive, and so keep 2 mana open, just in case. There's no guarantee that I'll have 7 mana (5 for Numot, and 2 to spare) up at this point in the game, though, and fairly great likelihood that I won't, soooo... Utilizing another option (Nicol Bolas, Hellkite Tyrant, Balefire Dragon, etc.), seems a better idea. Ojutai, Soul of Winter fits the same bill, though instead of destroying lands, it taps down non-lands, with added vigilance. The only other situation in which the Land-Destruction is worth the aggression it's likely to draw is in case of a utility or threat-land (I.E. Dark Depths), and in that case this form of LD really isn't quick enough. Anyways, I've been debating internally over which form(s) of Ojutai are worth running in the deck, and so it can't hurt to, for the meantime at least, try them both out in the Main. We'll see which we like!

Terminusfoil --> Pernicious Deedfoil --The ability to drop Pernicious Deed early and hold it up as a threat, in addition to its ability to remove annoying enchantments and artifacts, and customize its removal to what I and my opponents have on the field, seems to outweigh the fun little experience of "I'm playing miracles", popping Terminus off of the top, using Sensei's Divining Top, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, or Vampiric Tutor. Additonally, between the commander tuck rule change lessening Terminus's effect, and the amount of trouble that enchantments have the potential to give this deck (no tutorable dragon to deal with them), the switch makes sense.

Skithiryx, the Blight Dragonfoil --> Dragon Tyrantfoil --These two fulfill essentially the same overall purpose. In a tight spot, with Scion of the Ur-Dragon on the field, and 4+ mana open, either can be used to straight out kill an opponent that needs to be taken care of, at the cost of your own life. Attack with the flying commander, activate his ability twice, first to resolve targeting Moltensteel Dragon, second to resolve targeting one of these fellows. In between the resolutions, activate Moltensteel's ability as many times as necessary, using red mana or life. Double Strike with commander damage, or straight out infect. While Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon makes a far better blocker, is a better card to draw, and has regeneration and haste activated abilities, different people have different thoughts as to how much Infect damage should be lethal in commander, be it from a commander or otherwise. Additionally, Dragon Tyrant will usually take less pumps to kill, and has trample, so it Reeeeally doesn't matter if they blocked. Boom. First Strike. Boom. Dead. Honestly, I prefer Skithiryx (Skittles!), as a card, but usage of the Tyrant does seem to be the better option.

Knollspine Dragonfoil --> Rite of Replicationfoil --I added Knollspine Dragon to the list to utilize with the so-convenient Survival of the Fittest, in order to refill my hand without giving a Wheel of Fortune to my opponents, but it's nowhere near trustworthy enough, and even a poor effect a goodly portion of the time. I don't deal damage every turn. On the other hand, Clone effects are hardly bad to include in Commander, as no end of evidence provides. Additionally, Rite of Replication + Scourge of Valkas. That is all.

Malfegorfoil --> Global Ruinfoil --Malfegor's effect has the potential to be quite strong, in a lot of scenarios, and tutorability by Scion or via Survival of the Fittest is a plus for certain. However, versus a lot of decks and situations, his board wipe effect is narrow, and even ineffective, and discarding the entire hand regardless is certainly dangerous. Besides, if there isn't much in hand, there isn't much effect, and that's an aspect that's almost always entirely out of our control. Global Ruin, filling an entirely different need for the deck, is quite often a remarkably one-sided Armageddon, that can even be tutored with Bring to Light, and either of these ways given flash by Scion/Hypersonic Dragon. I'll almost always come out with a full five lands, and most other decks: an average of maybe 2.5? Probably less.

Exotic Orchardfoil --> Mirari's Wakefoil --Mirari's Wake is well known as a powerful commander card, and though so far as Mana-boosting effects, it isn't my favorite card, It did seem to be the best fit for this particular effect. While I'm still uncertain that it's deserving of the slot, I'm certain it won't be a dud. Giving it the slot of a land seemed to at this point be reasonable, simply due to what I was switching in, in addition to the fairly recent additions of Mana Crypt and Crucible of Worlds. You make it to the fifth land, this thing means you're fine until somebody deals with it. --And they'd better.

Karn Liberatedfoil --> Sylvan Libraryfoil --Yeah, I know. And I agree. Karn is King. Removal--Exile--of Permanents, and the not-unreasonable potential to restart the game in MASSIVE Favor to myself... Though it certainly could happen, I've yet to see that be anything other than a win. I pulled this foil MM15 copy out of pack 3 of my LGS's draft on Release day of the set. He fits in ANY deck, he serves as EXCELLENT removal, and he's a win condition that MUST be dealt with above All Else. I won that draft without ever coming close to losing a game. So why'm I taking him out? ...Honestly, I think that I shouldn't. ...Flavor, honestly, is part of it. I've already got one giant colorless Dimension-Bending 'Walker in this deck, and he's also a Dragon. But mainly, it's because I needed the slot, and I want to put the card in another deck. I'm just starting work on a Colorless Commander deck, that I want to sort of define the archetype, and so that's where I feel he belongs. The fact that I wanted to put Sylvan Library in here certainly didn't hurt. ...Sylvan Library, in a deck with a shuffle effect built into the Commander, is a sort of Brainstorm-effect every upkeep, with the option to build it into an Ancestral Recall at the cost of life, if necessary. play tested it on a program and its just taking up room. now I have to find 1 more card cause its at 59/60

Mana ramp tweaking

+2 Whisperer of the Wilds and -2 Beastcaller Savant This was because almost every creature in the deck triggers ferocious, and the fact that Beastcaller can only pay for creatures is a serious drawback. The haste clause is almost never relevant if you are playing him on curve, either.

I lost in the semi's gameday to bant tokens - stupid mistake! I was at 19 life with my opponent at five with only two 1/1 tokens out. I used Silumgar's Command to wipe the board and then attacked with tasigur and sidisi. My opponent animated a lumbering falls to block sidisi and let tasigur through. From there he top decked a Nissa, Vastwood Seer  Flip which flipped immediately, and then had a few draws that helped him survive long enough to get nissa's ultimate off - DARN!!!!

Here's the matchups it saw that day:

Round 1: 4c allys (2-0) Round 2: Abzan aristocrats (2-1) Round 3: Abzan midrange (2-0) Round 4: Bant tokens (2-1) Round 5: drew round and took break until top 8

Quarter-final: Esper dragons (2-1) Semi-final: Bant tokens (1-2)

This is the first time one of my decks has been positively received by the community, and I'm so excited to get your suggestions!

I'll be adding cards gradually, beginning with 2x Abzan Ascendancy on the mainboard. Abzan Battle Priest has been moved to the sideboard, and Siege Rhino is currently in the maybeboard. Once I playtest the Ascendancy, I'll add the rhino and see how that works.

Despite the suggestion of Dromoka's Command, I don't think I'll be adding it yet. Perhaps later in the future.

Agent of Erebos ---> Vedalken Orrery

Bojuka Bog is usually enough graveyard hate in my meta (although drawing it too early is kinda a bummer).

Still, Orrery does a lot of work in this deck. Wrathing while Ghost Dad is hiding feels great, as does Vindicating at instant speed.
