Got all the full set of Commander 2017 decks and this is one of the commanders I still have assembled.

The deck looks to gain advantage by playing wizards with enter the battlefield effects doubling up using the commanders eminance ability. It has an infinite combo with dramatic scepter and the commander.

I may also add in Thassa's Oracle or a lab man to win the game. It's very easy to draw the entire deck if you have Arcanis the Omnipotent or Mercurial Chemister along with dramatic scepter.

Might find another combo that doesnt require the scepter just in case it gets exiled.
