Casual deck I shelved for a year and a half and want to pick back up and improve. I know there is a lot of room for improvement, and I'm pretty new to deck building, so any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated.

The main goal of the deck is to get Nekusar, the Mindrazer out as early as possible, as well as cards like Lilana's Caress and Kederekt Parasite, in order to damage the whole table and hopefully throw a wrench in their game plans.

Main issues I need help with are ramp and protecting Nekusar.
