A build I've been playing with for a while. I really enjoy using Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh, and decided to build a steal/control/destroy deck as mean as he is.

Blue is heavy on counterspells and creature stealing, red for creatures that have useful abilities, and black for destruction and tutoring.

There is currently only 1 semi-infinite win-con, and that's Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Ophidian Eye

My group seems to be moving to a much more competitive state, so any suggestions are welcome!
