The plane of Mirrodin has been over run by the phyrexian incursion, but some of the once natural inhabitants see a light at the end of the noxious tunnel. Skithiryx sniffs out rumors of a "planar portal to a new world". He winds up on an unfamiliar plane, but with a familiar struggle of power. Tarkir is in constant upheaval as the Dragon Throne of Tarkir sits empty, and Skithiryx plots to seize that contested seat for Sheoldred. He will do so by any means necessary, but by mostly poisoning would be challengers. The Contagion Engine , the toxic Throne of Geth , and various other mechanisms will put in overtime to turn the vibrant of Tarkir in to a noxious cesspool in the name of "phyrexian perfection"!

In all seriousness, win conditions are pretty straight forward. Giving an opponent 10 poison counters can happen pretty fast a plethora of proliferation outlets. Unwinding Clock + Myr Turbine + Throne of Geth is just one method to get an opponent out of the game. Hell, Unwinding Clock will assist in creating a lot of proliferation shenanigans. The sheer number of artifacts will almost insure that you can play Metalwork Colossus for free from your hand, so enchant it with Phyresis to make a deadly beatstick, or use Dauthi Embrace to make it unblockable. Have Metalwork usurp Dragon Throne of Tarkir from Skithiryx to give your Infect creatures +10/+10 and trample to kill other players with ease. Someone running green and you suspect Melira, Sylvok Outcast is hiding in there? Lost Legacy , Praetor's Grasp , or Sadistic Sacrament can put your mind at ease by ripping her from their library.
