Other token decks, beware! With five Divine Reckoning effects and not a lot of creature cards, you can wrath for value multiple times in the game while rebuilding decently quickly by simply attacking with Otharri. (Also, be sure to check whether or not the wrath you're casting says "destroy" or "sacrifice"/"exile", as Iroas *list* & Mondrak can potentially live or die depending on which.)

As Otharri has OK power and evasion, commander damage is a subtheme. Special mention goes to Mace of the Valiant, which similarly to experience counters preserves some of your power after a wipe. Otharri having lifelink shouldn't be forgotten about either!

AFAIK if your Rebels enter while Eldrazi Monument is around, they'll be too big for Welcoming Vampire.

If you get poisoned and want to proliferate, note that you have to proliferate both your experience counters and your poison ones. (Animation Module won't betray you though.) Conversly, Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion won't amplify poison counters on other players, nor -1/-1 counters on their creatures. (Sorry, Contagion Engine.)

You can get a few extra cards by activating Adanto, the First Fort   (or Halo Fountain's first ability) on other people's turns while Welcoming Vampire/Tocasia's Welcome is around.

Animation Module + Cathars' Crusade lets you pay X to get X tokens and X counters on each of your creatures (although each new token will get one less counter, similarly to Aeve, Progenitor Ooze).

Using Otharri's self-recursion ability feels risky to me, as the deck is quite reliant on him. To avoid getting caught with your pants down, I recommend only letting him go to the graveyard if you've both got an untapped Rebel on the battlefield and the mana. (You can activate the ability during other people's turns.) The deck has a few backup options like Halo Fountain or Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, but do try to keep Otharri alive.
