This is a budget/casual build using the new Sultai commander from the Dominaria set (Muldrotha, the Gravetide). The deck is more suited to deal with my play group of course but still can easily challenge any deck thrown at it. The way it wins is with amazing ramp, graveyard recursion, solid all around removal, and heavy filtering, while still dropping amazing on curve infinite combos. Muldrotha is more suited to be the deck's commander you can switch for another commander but it will hinder the deck heavily. Using cheap Planeswalkers that still give you what you need and then some with more filtering, card advantage, and big bodies to protect you or the planeswalkers themselves. Cards like Scribe of the Mindful and Hell's Caretaker focus on using your graveyard as your second hand reusing spells and creatures. Artifacts and enchantments like Perpetual Timepiece and Quest for Ancient Secrets serve to protect your graveyard from exile effects also milling it to add more to your graveyard while creatures like Body Double and Havengul Lich can worry about the other player(s) graveyard. Lands in this deck could serve to be sacrificed for even more ramp, card draw and/or even a source of removal if needed. All the graveyard themed cards I could find that were budget but also amazing are in this deck no filler cards used. There are three combos in the deck Faces of the Past + Marionette Master + Whisper, Blood Liturgist = infinite life loss, Retraction Helix + Traxos, Scourge of Kroog + Ornithopter + Diligent Excavator = infinite mill part 1, Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage = infinite mill part 2. The deck synergies amazingly well and packs a ton of card advantage. As always feedback is welcomed.
