THE SPLOOGOMANCER IS CUMMING...

The two new awesome oozes that got thrown up on the new set got me to revisit an idea I’ve wanted to do since I started playing; ooze tribal! I went through all the oozes and figured Mimeoplasm was definitely the number one choice. He’s got three colours so there’s lots of options for oozes and support, and he fits two of the three themes I’ve noticed with oozes: graveyard eating and counters (the third being tokens.)

I mostly went with counter and graveyard support here, but there is quite a bit of token generation. Since I had to do a kind of tri specialization I did throw in a couple tutors so I can set myself up better, ooze is kind of a difficult tribal to set up. But it can be done!!

The basic idea for the Mimeoplasm is to tutor deaths shadow/phyrexian dreadnaught and vorenclex into my graveyard so that I can cheat out a 13/13 Mimeoplasm with vorenclex abilities turn 3-4 if possible, and use that to cast some deadly x cost mana oozes and be generally obnoxious.

I also added a few mana doublers in there to get the most out of these x cost oozes.
