Need help building my first EDH deck. Extremely limited budget: no card should cost more than a euro on magiccardmarket.eu, and no more than $50 total

Sacrifice a lot of creatures, cause others to sacrifice creatures, and win with (commander) damage. Trample & Haste are available in the colors for evasion and speed, though i'm not certain how many I should run. I dislike infinite combos.

I would like you to comment on the frequency of sac engines and/or suggest which cards to replace. Any constructive criticism is appreciated!
