Have you tried to put some infect? and i would recommend Wound Reflection its great with Havoc festival

and Caldera Hellion its a boardwipe and can attack the same turn if Exava its on the board

Very cool concept!

I worry about the fragility of depending on your commander for your combos, although a Boros commander is certainly great for this deck. Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, might be the best one for this deck, but I bet Razia, Boros Archangel, would work well, too. I might suggest that Avacyn go in the 99 as a trigger for Repercussion.

Neheb, the Eternal also seems broken for this deck.

Have you ever tested with other creatures and spells that might trigger Repercussion more frequently? With more tutors to fetch for it, like Academy Rector, Idyllic Tutor, and Plea for Guidance?

In terms of spells that might reasonably consistently trigger Repercussion, have you tested with additional, efficient "...damage to each creature" spells like Balefire Dragon, Anger of the Gods, Bloodfire Dwarf, Bloodfire Kavu, Breath of Darigaaz, Caldera Hellion, Cave-In, Chandra, Flamecaller, Devastating Dreams, Faultline, Firespout, Firestorm, Incendiary Command, Pyroclasm, Kozilek's Return, Krark-Clan Shaman, Magma Vein, Martyr of Ashes (+ Proclamation of Rebirth), Meteor Blast, Pyrohemia, Rupture, Ryusei, the Falling Star, Scourge of Kher Ridges, Scouring Sands, Slagstorm, Slice and Dice (cycled), Starstorm, Subterranean Tremors, Sulfurous Blast, Sweltering Suns, Thunder Dragon, Tremor, Electrickery, Volcanic Fallout, Volcanic Spray, Whipflare, or Yamabushi's Storm?

It seems like tutor, ramp, win with direct creature damage is the path to victory with or without Avacyn, so the more cards dedicated to those three things, the better.

Moonbar- I've added a Siege-Gang Commander since the MD Caldera Hellion never felt good to cast in the few games I played. What would be the card you'd cut if you wanted to add the second Nissa to this list?

Price of Progress and Comet Storm are some of the best burn cards in EDH. Stuffy Doll is great with most all types of red Blasphemous Act style removal. Speaking of removal: Spine of Ish Sah, Chain Reaction, Pyrohemia, Caldera Hellion are all absent at the moment. Solemn Simulacrum because red ramp. Maybe some doublers Gauntlet of Might, Gauntlet of Power, Caged Sun. Is Whispersilk Cloak more valuable than Darksteel Plate in your meta? Lastly since red draw is minimal you might want to consider Wheel of Fortune, Reforge the Soul, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth.

Archetype of Aggression would help you more than Bloodfray GiantCarnival Hellsteed and Cryptborn Horror don't do as much as they should for their cost/conditions. Have you considered War Elemental and Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury instead?Also, Rakdos Ickspitter, Gore-House Chainwalker, and Splatter Thug could easily be cut out for effects that boost other, better creatures. Not to mention that haste providers like Mass Hysteria become dead draws once you have a way to put +1/+1 counters on creatures entering the battlefield (such as Drana or Necropolis Regent). Also, Caldera Hellion, Mephidross Vampire, Retribution of the Ancients, Grenzo, Dungeon Warden or Flesh Carver?

I would say that it's definitely worth it to run Cyclonic Rift since it's in your colors. It's a powerful card in EDH and if you're using it, chances are you have bigger problems than taking 6 dmg from Ruric Thar, the Unbowed.

Stingscourger is a good way to get color-shifted effects to make your deck less blue-heavy if you need. (I would just not pay it's echo)

Caldera Hellion, Flametongue Kavu, Balefire Dragon and Crater Hellion are alright..

Cytoplast Manipulator is just evil against that deck..

in fact, you may consider just running some creature steal or copy so you profit off of your opponents' creatures!

things like Faerie Artisans, Gilded Drake, Siren of the Fanged Coast, Sower of Temptation, Beguiler of Wills, Callous Oppressor, Charisma, Empress Galina, Frenzied Fugue, Illusory Gains, Roil Elemental, Rootwater Matriarch, Seasinger, Tolarian Entrancer, and Willbreaker are some great removal! Why kill artaxa or any creature really if you can just take it and make them use their removal on it if they want it back??

Well, you've given me some food for thought, GobboE. Here's my thinking on these suggestions...

As far as additional mana producers go, I think I'm okay with the ones I already have. Gilded Lotus is a no-brainer here, and although I normally don't like giving other people ramp, I've made my peace with Gauntlet of Power since most of the decks around here only splash red or don't run the color at all. Then there's also Solemn Simulacrum that I can keep bringing back with Feldon, so that's good value.

I want to love Caldera Hellion since you obviously do, but I just can't get over the fact that it's a dead card if my commander's on the field.

While I do like Wheel of Fortune effects and have a few in the deck, I also find that there are times when I don't want to dump my entire hand into the grave, or I don't want to give my opponents a fresh seven card hand. That's why Deal Broker and the new Key to the City are in here. They allow me to dump my It That Betrays, or whatever, for Feldon to use, without the downside of giving everyone seven new cards.

I disagree with you about Arcane Lighthouse. It is sorely needed in this deck. I have ten cards in here that target opponent's creatures. The first thing many players do, myself included, is to armor up with Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, Champion's Helm, Whispersilk Cloak, Canopy Cover, etc., especially on their commander. I need more ways to deal with that. The Lighthouse is also a good political card. If there's a booted up threat on the table that I don't have removal for, I can work in tandem with another player by removing the threat's protection so they can deal with it. I run it in most of my decks.

I think you are right about Darksteel Citadel. It is an artifact land left over from the pre-con that this started life as. I'm either going to replace it with a basic or maybe Great Furnace since Daretti, Scrap Savant cares about artifacts.

A great way to avoid getting mana screwed, and creating some ramp which is always welcome in a red deck, is Armillary Sphere, Expedition Map, Traveler's Amulet and such. Also I don't think you really need Arcane Lighthouse in this deck, but Dormant Volcano or Temple of the False God might be welcome. Also take out the darksteel citadel, and add another mountain (Both Valakut and Spawn of Thraxes love mountains)

What Caldera Hellion does is getting rid of creatures (and tokens) of your opponents while the Broker doesn't add much to your meta. Obviously you play the Caldera when you don't have your commander out: it's a red wipe on a stick so to speak.
