Now that I got my Kaleidoscope Killers, I'm working on a tentative list for a Reaper King scarecrow tribal deck. A huge strategy is to take advantage of having the majority of our creatures being artifact creatures and utilizing cards that support artifact cards. To aid our strategies, we have several non-scarecrow creatures: Brago, King Eternal is an evasive flyer who lets us flicker whatever permanents we want if he can hit an opponent, allowing us to do so to other scarecrows to continuously trigger our commander's ability while also helping protect our board with a form of pseudo-vigilance. Emry, Lurker of the Loch gives us nice recursion for our artifacts, which include much of our non-changeling tribal creatures. Joira, Weatherlight Captain gives us card advantage with each historic spell we play, while Padeem, Consul of Innovation works perfectly with our strategy as she gives our commander and all artifacts Hexproof. With our commander on the field, we're practically guaranteed an extra card draw from Padeem as it's very hard to come by an artifact that happens to have a cmc higher than ten. Jhoira's Familiar and Foundry Inspector both provide cost reduction for much of our permanents, while Chief of the Foundry buffs many of our creatures. Seedborne Muse is just too good to pass up, and Hellkite Tyrant can steal more artifacts for us and potentially win us the game by having enough of them on our board.

Biomancer's Familiar, as well as Heartstone, can help make our scarecrows' support abilities be cheaper to use, but the big reason we want those is to combine either of them with Farmstead Gleaner/Pili-Pala and Cryptolith Rite so that we can continuously tap and untap them and essentially either give the gleaner infinite +1/+1 counters or get infinite mana from Pili which can also be used to destroy everyone with Exsanguinate. Copy our commander with Spark Double and throw in the Panharmonicon and we can eradicate up to four permanents with each scarecrow we cast! Meanwhile, because we'll be eventually blowing many things up and beating down our opponent's creatures, Revel in Riches is a fantastic include as it not only helps with mana ramp/fixing but also gives another wincon. It also works extremely well in conjunction with Smothering Tithe as usual. Finally, Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge has a static affinity ability that can easily make it so that most of our colorless artifacts/artifact creatures can potentially be cast for free, and can drain life from our foes depending on how many of those artifacts we have in play, gives us some recursion, and can ult to potentially cheat a number of things to our battlefield.
