My Take on a budget version of Dinosaur Tribal, pre-BattleBond. General Aggro deck, looking to smash face and play dinosaurs, it's not extremely subtle.

Some Synergy (not combos, because combos are un-fun :^)):

Congregation at Dawn + Gishath, Sun's Avatar : Tutor for Three Dino and put into play if you connect for damage.

Gishath, Sun's Avatar + Goring Ceratops : Gishath connects, Goring lets you dig deeper with Gishath’s trigger.

Polyraptor + Pyrohemia + Forerunner of the Empire + Rite of Passage : Infinite Dinosaurs, as long as you have one red mana to start. Activate Pyrohemia, Polyraptor Enrage, then Forerunner of the Empire pings the Polyraptor on ETB, then again, and again... with Rite giving them +1/+1 counters, it allows the raptors to survive, as well as make all of your creatures huge..

Cacophodon + Pyrohemia + Rite of Passage: Wipes the board, and burns players. Cacophodan enrages on Pyrohemia activation, untapping a land or mana dork that makes red, allowing you to activate Pyrohemia again. Rite of Passage makes it so your dino doesn’t die. Can burn out the table if you have a higher life total. The only unfair combo in the deck.

Congregation at Dawn + Etali, Primal Storm : Congregation is really strong, as mentioned before. Etali is also strong. Nothing beats saying “gimme gimme” for your opponent's card and a choice dino.

Gruul Ragebeast + Polyraptor Boardwipe. Throw all your Raptors at people's stuff.

Will also probably slot some Battlebond cards later, like Skyshroud Claim and Seedborn Muse, as well as updating the list in general to optimize ramp to get Gishath quicker, and the deck is still relatively budget to pick up.
