This deck was created for me by my boyfriend 8ctavian.

The deck's primary win condition is mill which it tries to achieve by using one or more of its many combos (infinite or otherwise). While this deck does contain some of the classic control elements that you're used to seeing in traditional combo decks (5 counterspells, 5 creature removal spells, 2 life-drain permanents, and Cyclonic Rift ), most of it's survivability comes from the wall of small creatures that it can erect by casting faeries from hand and using Oona, Queen of the Fae to poop out a bunch of faerie tokens. The tribal elements of this deck grant it access to 1 more mill combo and several more value combos than it would possess otherwise while staying out of the way of the primary focus of the deck.

Infinite mill combos:

Fleet Swallower + Fraying Sanity

Grand Architect + Oona, Queen of the Fae + Pili-Pala

Blue Sun's Zenith + Grand Architect + Pili-Pala

Duskmantle Guildmage + Grand Architect + Pili-Pala

Grand Architect + Mind Grind + Pili-Pala

Grand Architect + Knacksaw Clique + Pili-Pala

Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank

Hinder + Tunnel Vision

Synergies:

Wizened Snitches works well with any means of mill by monitoring what each player is about to draw, giving you the ability to deal with threats before your opponents even have the chance to draw them (think Lantern Control, but way less oppressive, especially since it's in a predominantly multiplayer format). This can also be used to draw-fix yourself, if you really need a combo piece/answer fast.

Coat of Arms + Phenax, God of Deception is a pretty unique combo to this deck that blends its tribal theme with its mill win condition to devastating effect. Try using Oona, Queen of the Fae to poop out a bunch of Faerie tokens to exponentially increase the effectivity of this combo. The various lords in this deck ( Scion of Oona , Grand Architect , Sprite Noble , Glen Elendra Liege , and Oona's Blackguard ) also help this combo grow even more deadly.

Phenax, God of Desception + Consuming Aberration is a pretty standard EDH mill combo. Every time you tap Consuming Aberration , it doubles in size, thus doubling the number of cards it mills the next time you tap it. Pretty nifty.

Dire Undercurrents + Oona, Queen of the Fae is a fantastic combo that has the potential to simultaneously empty the hands of dangerous opponents and draw a bunch of cards to dig for your combo pieces/threat answers while you mill your opponents and poop out a bunch of faerie tokens to act as blockers to keep you alive. It's all value.

Fraying Sanity + Traumatize is an infinite mill combo 50% of the time and leaves exactly 2 cards left in its victim's deck the other 50% of the time. I can't label this as a true infinite mill combo, but with Oona, Queen of the Fae on the battlefield (or Compelling Argument in hand), it kind of might as well be a kill combo (huge style points for using either Sign in Blood to finish off an opponent after resolving this combo).

Skullclamp + 1/1 tokens (you know, like the ones Onna, Queen of the Fae poops out at rapid fire) has been a classic combo for years. Basically, you turn 1 mana and a faerie token into 2 more cards in hand as many times as you want. That's super good in a combo deck, like this one, that really wants to dig for its combo pieces and should usually have plenty of 1/1 tokens to spare. Best case scenario - you end your turn with the mana to put Skullclamp on a chump blocker (you'll probably be chump blocking a lot with this deck) so that you can draw 2 cards for doing something that you wanted to do anyway while making your chump blocker slightly more likely to kill its attacker, it's a ton of value for just 1 mana.

Razaketh, the Foulblooded + faerie tokens means that you can tutor for your combo pieces at instant speed over and over without spending any mana. That's a game-ender 9 times out of 10. There's no way that your opponents can answer all of them.

Lord Effects:

Glen Elendra Liege (black and blue), Grand Architect (blue), Oona's Blackguard (kind of a lord (Rouge)), Scion of Oona (faerie), Sprite Noble (flying), Coat of Arms (literally everything)
