Selvala Elf-Ball

Elf-Ball:

Selvala, Explorer Returned is not the most obvious choice for an Elf-Ball deck, but built in draw and mana, with the access to white, really peaked my interest. The famous Elf-Ball classics are all present in this deck, including Ezuri, Renegade Leader , Marwyn, the Nurturer , Elvish Harbinger , Fauna Shaman , and Joraga Treespeaker . I also included the Elf token makers, like Lys Alana Huntmaster , Imperious Perfect , and Rhys the Redeemed , for even more Elf fun. Since this is a tribal deck, I included cards like Kindred Summons , Cavern of Souls , and Path of Ancestry .

Big Mana:

This deck is all about producing huge amounts of mana, with cards like Wirewood Channeler , Elvish Archdruid , and Priest of Titania (Combine these with Nyxbloom Ancient for insane mana production). This deck also has a focus on untapping creatures, this is primarily for Selvala but can be used to make even more mana. Cards like To Arms! , Benefactor's Draught , Umbral Mantle , Thousand-Year Elixir , Magewright's Stone , Seeker of Skybreak , Seedcradle Witch , and Wirewood Lodge can untap your Elves at will ( Seedborn Muse and Quest for Renewal can be used for additional untaps each turn).

Win Cons:

So, this deck can make a lot of mana, and this mana can close out games when used in one of two ways:

1) Overrun: You can dump mana into Ezuri or Mirror Entity to make your Elves huge. Then swing out for a massive blow.

2) Big X: You can dump mana into Squall Line or Hurricane to kill off the table in one go. If your life total is not the highest at the table you could use Teferi's Protection or Angel's Grace to ensure you're the last one standing.

Lastly, one card that can really shine in this deck is Throne of the God-Pharaoh , since most of your Elves will be tapping down each turn.
