This deck is a little personal project of mine, it was the commander that got me started, and while it's not the best, I enjoy it. Any comments, suggestions, or critiques are welcome.

So the goal of this deck is to keep the board somewhat under control while slowly building up my own board state and getting experience for Daxos. Then produce large tokens and smash the enemy or force them to concede.

It is a rather mana intensive strategy so I use large mana producing lands like Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Serra's Sanctum, and the Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth combo to produce what I need and can then double this with Doubling Cube.

Akroma's Memorial is there for the much needed flying that this deck is otherwise lacking, it also provides a large number of other useful abilities.

There is potential for a mill combo with Gift of Immortality + Sun Titan and Altar of Dementia.

Necropotence + Solitary Confinement makes for good protection.

Flickering Ward is one exceptionally easy way to acquire experience counters.

Use cards such as Rule of Law and Eidolon of Rhetoric to slow the game and make it easier to manage. While using Authority of the Consuls, Blind Obedience, and Kismet to slow down board states.

Grave Pact effects like Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos to keep enemy board states down.

Abuse ETB effects with tokens created by Daxos with Anointed Procession and Illusionist's Bracers and Constellation effects of Thoughtrender Lamia , Doomwake Giant , and Skybind .

Gray Merchant of Asphodel + Skybind to repeatedly drain opponents of life.
