Plan A:

After accidentally discovering "Commander Damage" with Atarka, World Render, I've built a deck that pumps her up so she can eliminate defenseless opponents in one fell swoop. Atarka, World Render and Xenagos, God of Revels are the obvious win condition for commander damage.

I count on Atarka, World Render to be targeted by opponents right when she hits the field. Which is fine, because this deck also runs infinite attack combos:

• B1: Hellkite Charger + Bear Umbra OR Hellkite Charger + Nature's Will
• B2: Savage Ventmaw + Aggravated Assault
• B3: Aggravated Assault + Any Dragon Enchanted with either Bear Umbra or Nature's Will

Although a proven winner in my play group, it still needs some fine tuning.
