Get to Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.

Weathered Wayfarer, Reap and Sow, Crop Rotation, and Expedition Map help get you there. Petrified Field gets it back if it ends up in the grave. If you already have Urborg, use these to search Petrified Field to protect, Cabal Coffers to ramp out, or Vault of the Archangel for lifelink/deathtouch.

Even though it is 3 color this deck has a really efficient ramp package with black and green. Once you've made it to Urborg, Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, Nirkana Revenant, Magus of the Coffers, Bubbling Muck, Mirari's Wake, Liliana of the Dark Realms, and Doubling Cube .

With all that mana Consume Spirit , Maga, Traitor to Mortals , Mistcutter Hydra, Whispering Shade , and Nirkana Revenant are very serious threats.

Filth makes it into the graveyard in a number of ways to let you stomp all over when Urborg is out (it will be out).

Kormus Bell + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Curse of Death's Hold or Zealous Persecution.

Getting Urborg is only slightly redundant as far as game play. Once you have it there is a lot of different things to do. Plus, you don't need it with the counter theme, but once it is out most of the deck is value.

Rarely does it just fail but it has happened. Comments? Suggestions?

*UpdateI took out all the +1/+1 counter synergies to go more all in on the swampwalk and swamps matter approach. Gonna see how it goes. Picking up some more pieces soon.
