Whispering Shade is already a card, but here's my take:
Whispering Shade
Flying
Whenever ~ attacks, tap down all creatures with lesser power. If your creatures would be tapped down, remove them from combat and untap them.

How nice to see a commnader deck that isn't showed on here often.
I have been wondering what has some nice interactions with your commanders choice. Pump effects might prove to be a valuable asset for your deck:
