Strategy:

Begin by ramping with mana rocks and getting out stax pieces in the early game to slow/shut down other players and prevent combos. When you have a chance, get out Nahari to start generating incremental advantage. Other cards such as Gideon, Ally of Zendikar and Crucible of Worlds will also help you in this way.

Mass land destruction and Possessed Portal will blow opponents out if you get them online, but they're not mandatory to secure a win.

Another "Oops I win" occurs with Rest in Peace and Helm of Obedience. You don't need to race or force yourself into this combo, but it can be a nice way to close out the game if you happen to draw into it.

There is one incidental combo in this deck: you can generate infinite colorless mana with Basalt Monolith and Rings of Brighthearth. If you have Sensei's Divining Top, you can also draw your deck. All three of these cards are already good in their own right, so don't try to force yourself down one of these lines, but you should be aware of it if you have it. Once you've drawn your deck, you can drop all of your stax pieces, Thought Vessel, and finally Possessed Portal. At point, you can kill your opponents at your leisure. You won't deck yourself because Possessed Portal makes you skip your draw.
