Used to be Ezuri, Renegade Leader , but the consistency issues bothered her greatly as she likes casting big spells with large amounts of mana. She could kill everyone before they took their fourth turn, or she could sit and durdle until turn 8-9 and then not do anything because the other decks have already established control of the game.

To get around the consistency problem, I swapped the Commander to Yisan, who can tutor out big mana producers ( Wirewood Symbiote / Quirion Ranger > Priest of Titania ), finishers for when she already has the mana ( Ezuri, Renegade Leader ), card draw, enchantment/artifact removal, etc.. Her random fourth turn kills may be a little less often, but at least she's able to consistently establish by the fifth turn, now.

I'm looking for good, reliable Elves to run in the deck since that's her favorite creature type and we're still running some sub-par cards simply because she really likes them (such as: Vigor . A foil Vigor was her first card ever pulled from a booster pack when we began playing years ago- it will never be removed from this deck). Any/all suggestions appreciated. She really likes the Elfball-style of play, so I'm not looking to change her deck into a normal Yisan build as that would probably just piss her off.
